  • 260g Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon, skin-on
  • 1 cup snow peas
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp sea salt
  • 1 lemon


  1. Bring a small pot of water to the boil and add the snow peas, cook for 2-3 mins or until soft.
  2. Rub salt into salmon skin and heat oil in non-stick fry-pan, cook salmon skin side down for 2-3 mins each side or to your liking.
  3. Serve crispy skin salmon with snow peas, lemon and enjoy!
