CRISPY SKIN SALMON WITH GREENS
- 260g Tassal Fresh Tassie Salmon, skin-on
- 1 cup snow peas
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp sea salt
- 1 lemon
- Bring a small pot of water to the boil and add the snow peas, cook for 2-3 mins or until soft.
- Rub salt into salmon skin and heat oil in non-stick fry-pan, cook salmon skin side down for 2-3 mins each side or to your liking.
- Serve crispy skin salmon with snow peas, lemon and enjoy!
